An Eye for Possibility
As adeo’s Creative Director, Cassie brings visual design, illustration, and user experience together in her work. Her range spans websites, interface design, storyboards, and print, giving her several ways to develop an idea and carry it through to something people can see, understand, and use.
She studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art, and her work combines an illustrator’s attention to image-making with the structural thinking that digital design demands. A drawing can establish a mood or give an idea character. A well-considered interface can help someone find their way. Cassie’s experience across both offers room for work with personality and a clear purpose.
Colleagues describe a designer who listens carefully, connects strategy with visual expression, and is willing to try something unfamiliar. They also point to her ability to explain her decisions and respond thoughtfully to critique. That combination matters in creative work, where a strong point of view and a willingness to reconsider can strengthen an idea.
At adeo, her creative direction draws on that breadth: developing a visual approach, working through its details, and helping the team carry the thinking across different formats. Curiosity has a practical place in the process, with room to explore before deciding what deserves to take shape.
