Emily brings a broad understanding of digital work to the business of getting it done. As adeo’s Senior Project Manager, she combines experience in digital marketing, account management, and technical project delivery with an appreciation for the people each project serves.

Her experience spans education, banking, and sports media, with work ranging from enterprise website development to large-scale content production and accessibility requirements. She has led content creation and development across more than 50 websites, giving her a practical understanding of the coordination behind a finished digital experience. Content, technology, client decisions, and the needs of the people using the site must all come together.

That work has also taken her beyond websites. As a project manager with Baltimore’s Office of Broadband and Digital Equity, Emily helped guide the rollout of FreeBmoreWiFi at senior centers. The initiative removed a basic barrier to participation, giving older adults internet access and new opportunities for digital learning. It adds a valuable perspective to her work at adeo: the experience begins with whether people can access it at all.

Emily is a founding member of the Craig Willinger Fund and has served as its chair since 2012. The organization creates opportunities for young people affected by cancer to see their favorite soccer teams play, connecting a love of the sport with experiences worth looking forward to.

A University of Maryland graduate and Baltimore resident, Emily has played soccer herself, supports the Washington Spirit and U.S. Soccer, and spent seven years competing with the Charm City Roller Girls. She has a history of showing up for a team, sometimes on eight wheels.
