Lauren comes to account management with a background in political science and hospitality, two fields that depend on understanding people and responding to what’s happening in front of you.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Salisbury University in 2025, where she received Dean’s List recognition and joined Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society.
Before adeo, Lauren worked as lead host at Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill in Ocean City, coordinating the host team, handling guest relations, and working with management to organize seating and large parties. She also worked as a server at Davis’ Pub in Annapolis. Those roles put communication and coordination into daily practice, often with plenty happening at once.

As an Account Manager with adeo’s political team, Lauren brings that combination of academic perspective and practical experience to the work of keeping clients, creative teams, and projects connected.
